All prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include VAT at 5%. Payment is taken at the point of booking. Where a venue approves bookings by hand, no payment is taken until that venue accepts.
A full refund is available if a booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the start of the booked slot for Standard accounts, and at least 24 hours before for Premium accounts. Cancelling releases the slot immediately for another customer.
A booking can be moved to another available slot of the same length at no charge, subject to the same notice periods above. Upgrading to a larger pitch or a longer slot is allowed at any time subject to availability, and the difference is charged. Downgrades inside the notice window are issued as account credit.
An account moves to Premium automatically after four bookings inside a ninety day period. Premium accounts receive preferential rates, a longer forward booking window and the shorter cancellation notice period. There is nothing to pay and nothing to apply for.
Pitches are hired to teams and players for their own football. Playing a game is fine, and so is a team running its own training session. Some venues do not allow a football academy or coaching business to operate on them: any session that people, or their parents, are charged to attend or be coached at, including children’s academies, camps, classes, clinics and trials. This applies at Dubai British School Emirates Hills and Jebel Ali School. Each venue’s own conditions of hire are shown on its page, above the Book button, and repeated in your confirmation email — they form part of these terms. A booking made in breach of them is cancelled without refund, and the account may be closed.
Your booking confirmation acts as your access pass. Show it to venue security on arrival. Please leave the pitch on time — another booking may follow yours immediately.
